Members of the RHA Cancer Program Team

Medical Staff: The Cancer Program Physicians (by appointment only), oversee your cancer treatment and follow up that you and your oncologist/specialist have planned. It is important, however, for you and your family physician to continue to manage any other health related needs.

Nursing Staff: Call 578-2222 should you have any concerns or problems related to your treatments. Please ask to speak to the Clinic Nurse.

Radiation Therpaists: Call 578-2222 should you have any questions or concerns related to your treament. You will be directed to the type of help required.

Clerical Staff: Call 578-2222 should you have any questions or changes regarding your appointments.

Social Worker: Call 578-2206 should you need information, support or counseling for yourself or family members.

Dietitian: Call 578-2234 should you have any concerns or need nutritional advice.

Pharmacist: Call 578-2235 should you have any concerns or questions regarding the chemotherapy you are taking.

Spiritual Care: Call 578-4000 and ask to speak to the Spiritual Care person should you desire spiritual counseling.

Palliative Care: A palliative care nurse can be reached at 578-2340 should you require information about palliative care services.

Pain and Symptom Management: Talk to your doctor or nurse for suggestions on how to manage your pain and symptoms related to you chemotherapy and/or cancer. If necessary, a referral can be made to the Pain Management Resource Nurse by your doctor or nurse.
