  •  Occupational Therapy
  •  Activity Programs
  •  Physiotherapy
  •  Communication Disorders
  • Audiology (located in the Town Centre within Public Health Services)
  • FASD Diagnostic Coordinator (located at the 7th Street Health Access Centre)
Booking Procedure: Requisition - BGH 108. Send requisition or Physician letter to individual therapists/speech pathologist. 
Communication Disorders – referral form or letter from physician, public health nurse, or Speech Language Pathologist.
