The Lactation Consultant is available Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
The Lactation Consultant sees:
  • In Patient breastfeeding women
  • Breastfeeding women that are having challenges as outpatients
  • Breastfeeding women in the general public on the phone about questions or challenges they are having

The Lacatation Consultant also liaisons with Public Health nurses and other health care workers in both Brandon and the Assiniboine Health Regions.
