Spiritual Care
Manager: Joe Ball
The Spiritual Care Team consists of staff and associates available to patients,
residents, clients, staff, and families in times of need. We work as part of the Health Care Team,
providing spiritual and emotional support. We provide Spiritual Care and support to all who seek
it, whether or not they are from a religious tradition or community, in the belief that
Spirituality is a part of our common humanity.
Spirituality is:
-
Found in all cultures and all societies
-
The breath of life
-
The human quest for meaning and purpose
-
Our relationship with self, with others, with all … and with the Holy
-
A sense that being human is more than just being alive
-
Shaping our values and informing our identity
