Wellness Screens
The Wellness Screen is a mobile screening program for individuals, to assess risk factors for chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer. The Wellness Screen gets people thinking about healthy living and motivates participants to be a leader in their own health plan.
