Support Services to Seniors
A great variety of services and activities are available through seniors organizations that
provide support and assistance for seniors, and individuals with disabilities, in accessing
resources to maintain independent and healthy living in the community.
From interpersonal and social activities, volunteer opportunities, healthy lifestyles programs,
support groups, counseling, meal programs, friendly visitors, handyman services, personal emergency
response systems, lock boxes….etc.
They will also assist in accessing other resources available in the community.
