Outreach Programs | Adult Day Program:
Fairview hosts an Adult Day Program for individuals who are unable to go out on their own to participate in programs to promote their well-being. The program offers opportunities for activities, socialization and care-giver relief.
| Respite Care:
Fairview Home offers a Respite Care Program which provides a period of relief for caregivers of dependent individuals by allowing for a planned short-term intermittent admission. | Smoking:
A smoking room is located on each floor for residents. The smoking rooms are closed for approximately 1 hour around each meal time. |
