Quality, Risk and Patient Safety

Overall purpose of patient safety is to establish processes so that the people we serve are not harmed by the care that is intended to help them. Our goal is to achieve this through a safety culture focused on reporting, learning and improvement.

Our goal is to provide an environment where patients/clients/residents and families feel as safe under the Brandon RHA umbrella as they do in their own homes. In order to achieve this we want to work with you to be involved, to be informed and to be safe.
