Located in the Town Centre, this program has a registered nurse and dietitian to help you (individually or in a group) learn about a healthy heart and diabetes. It serves all people in Brandon and Assiniboine Regional Health Authorities who have one or more of the following:

A foot nurse is available on the fourth Thursday of each month to do a foot assessment and help people with diabetes to learn about foot care.. Book your appointment now.
Maestro Project - A transition service for young Manitoba adults ages 16 - 30 years with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

Living with Diabetes
Focuses on managing diabetes with a healthy lifestyle and addresses common challenges and barriers people face when trying to implement a healthy lifestyle.
Explores what is happening inside the body of a person with diabetes, highlights complications related to poor diabetes management and reviews how a lifestyle and treatment plan can address the challenges.
This 8 week series focuses on healthy eating, changing behavior, emotional eating and getting active.
