Health Promotion Program
Health Promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve their health. Strategies that are commonly used in health promotion include building healthy public policies, creating supportive environments for health, strengthening community action and developing personal health skills. All of these strategies support making healthy choices, the easy choices.
