Objectives:

To facilitate coordination of programs throughout the Brandon RHA/Westman Regional Laboratory that encourage healthy lifestyles and work-life balance,
To introduce, develop and support programs that promote workplace productivity,positive morale and focus on the physical environment, health practices, social environment and personal resources,
To ensure elements of systems integration, care and support, prevention, education, research and policy are included in strategic planning,
To develop and implement a Healthy Workplace Plan, including evaluative tools that measure progress.
