BRANDON REGIONAL HEALTH CENTRE FOUNDATION RAFFLE RULES

The Grand Prize consists of the winner’s choice of $50,000 cash and $1,000 gas voucher OR a 2012 Cadillac SRX supplied by Murray Chevrolet Buick GMC Brandon MSRP $47,520 plus taxes and $1,000 gas voucher. Other grand prize draws include 10 draws of $1,000 and 1 draw of $10,000. The grand prize draws will be done in ascending order of value.

There are a total of 15,000 tickets available; 4,800 single tickets for $40 each and 3,400 three-packs for $100 (10,200 tickets).

CONTEST GUIDELINES
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets purchased by mail or telephone will be issued only in the name of the person ordering the ticket. A maximum number of three names may be entered on all tickets purchased in person.
Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be sold and purchased in the province of Manitoba. All sales are final once ticket number is assigned, subject to
credit approval.

The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s), however, purchasers do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the draw(s). Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.

All tickets will be eligible for all draws.

Allow 2-3 weeks from date of purchase for delivery of your official ticket. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
Prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.

All winners will be notified by telephone or in writing as to what they have won and where to claim their prize. Prize winners will be published in the Brandon Sun and a complete list of winners will be posted online at www.brandonrha.mb.ca.

Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as of date contract was negotiated with supplier.

Prize value includes taxes and freight, where applicable.

The Grand Prize winner must decide on which option they are taking within 10 days after being awarded the prize. Winners have 60 days from draw date to claim their prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation. Winners consent to the release of their names, addresses and photos by the licensee.

We do not rent, sell, or trade our mailing lists. Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to keep you informed on Foundation activities, including programs, services, and special events, funding needs, opportunities to give and more, through periodic contacts.
