A Proceeds from the BRHC Foundation Westman Cares! A Sense of Home Lottery will assist in the construction of the “A Sense of Home” Residence; a new, state-of-the-art residence that will offer warm and inviting accommodations and a comfortable, positive environment for the hundreds of patients who will be travelling to Brandon from surrounding communities for cancer treatment.
Q What methods of payment are accepted?
A Cheque, Money Order, VISA, Mastercard, Cash
Q What are the ticket prices?
A 1 for $40 or 3 for $100
Q What is the Early Bird Prize?
A Five draws of $1,000.

Q Where are the names of the winners going to be available?
A Winner’s names will be published in the Brandon Sun, on the website www.foundation.brandonrha.mb.ca and at the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation Office in the Brandon Regional Health Centre.
Q How many prizes can be won?
A There are 17 prizes in total.
Q Is the ticket tax deductible/do you get a tax receipt?
A No, there is no tax receipt issued and the ticket is not tax deductible as per Revenue Canada guidelines.
Q What is done with customers’ personal information?
A The Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation respects the personal privacy of all donors.
We do not rent, sell, or trade our mailing lists. Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to keep you informed on Foundation activities, including programs, services, and special events, funding needs, opportunities to give and more, through periodic contacts. Q Must the ticket purchaser and the name on the ticket be over the age of 18 years?
A Yes.
Q How are prizes awarded?
A Once draws have been completed winners will be notified by telephone. If unable to reach by telephone a letter will be mailed out within 1 week following the draw. The prize letter informs the winner of what they have won and where and when to pick up their prize. They must have photo ID to claim the prize. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.
Q Am I entered in all the draws, or does my name stay out of subsequent draws if I win?
A All entries are eligible for all draws, even if a ticket has been pulled in an earlier draw.
Q What if I lose my ticket?
A You do not need your ticket to claim your prize. Your name, address and phone number are recorded in the database along with your ticket number.
Q How long do I have to claim my prize?
The Grand Prize winner has 60 days from draw date to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation.
The Grand Prize winner must decide on which option they are taking within 10 days after being awarded the prize.
