Third Party Event Fundraising “The Mission of the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation is to raise funds to improve healthcare needs in the region”
Thank you for your interest in planning an event to support the Brandon Regional Health Centre Foundation (BRHC Foundation). A Third Party Fundraising Event definition is “individuals, groups, organizations, businesses and schools who want to raise funds on behalf of the BRHC Foundation”. There are countless ways to raise funds - golf tournaments, barbecues, auctions, wellness activities, etc. The BRHC Foundation staff and Board of Directors would be pleased to explore these and other ideas with you. The funds generated from Third Party Events help support the mission of the BRHC Foundation.
Submission – the Third Party must submit a signed copy of both the Third Party Application (Appendix I) and the Agreement Form (Appendix II) following review of the Requirements (Appendix III). As well, review the support we can provide for your event (Appendix IV).

150 McTavish Avenue East Brandon, MB R7A 2B3 Attention: Cindy Buizer, Executive Director Review – The BRHC Foundation will review the Third Party Application using the following criteria:
Approval – Upon review of your application, a Letter of Agreement will be provided (within two weeks of receiving the application). The Letter of Agreement may be shown to potential donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
Event Completion – the Third Party submits the agreed-upon funds along with the Feedback Form.
Feedback Form - (Appendix V) within 30 days of your event.
