Start the conversation about end-of-life care today.
April 16th is National Advance Care Planning Day. People should plan for the end of life when they are healthy. It’s about conversations; we need to communicate our feelings around end of life care.
Making our wishes known now help those who care about you make the right decisions if you can’t speak for yourself.
Watch for more details of the Brandon Regional Health Authority’s Advance Care Planning campaign being unveiled in the fall of 2012.
